We’ve been working with Homelodge & Kingswell Buildings since 2012. Homelodge and Kingswell Buildings design and build high-end Annexes and Commercial buildings. Video is highly important to their sales efforts, so they invited us back to create a series of videos that showcase their latest builds.
One of the most important ways to demonstrate how each building has been constructed is the inclusion of CAD drawings, interlaced with the live action. Through careful shot planning, we were able to match these drawings with the live action to create seamless transitions.
To help communicate the unique features of each building, we analysed the appropriate scenes and tracked text into them which helped deliver a high production value, which aligned with the level of finish each build had achieved.
Another powerful tool we deployed was our Drone Pilot, who was able to create a sense of perspective of the build and how well it fits within the landscape. Due to increased regulation, drone filming comes with many challenges in adhering to UK law and we ensured compliance at every stage.
This project was received really well by our client and their customers. So much so, that the videos have been a key reason that they have been able to double their revenue over the last few years.
